The Opportunity (Why Pune, Why Now)

Why NRIs are choosing Pune

Pune is no longer just India’s second city. It’s one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the country driven by IT expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and a quality of life that continues to attract both residents and investors. For NRIs, the case is straightforward: strong rental yields, consistent capital appreciation, a stable regulatory environment under RERA, and a city that holds its value. Whether you’re buying to return, to invest, or to give your family a home Pune delivers.
