How long is my client tagged to me after the first visit?
Tagging periods vary by project 90 days for Erandwane Central, 90 days for Skydale, 60 days for Laurel, 30 days for Anandmayi, and 30 days for Midori Towers.
Yes. You must accompany your client on their first walk-in. If you can’t be present at arrival, you must be on campus before the client leaves otherwise credit will not be given.

Credit goes to the CP who completed the first walk-in. Disputes are resolved by verifying the client’s follow-up history calls, WhatsApp, or email by the Sales Head or Channel Head.

Within 30 working days from the date your invoice is received by the Channel Sourcing Manager, post agreement.
For empanelment and invoicing you’ll need your RERA Certificate, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and GST Certificate. Empanelment is mandatory payouts won’t be released without it.
